Signer Requirements

Internet Connection

Valid U.S. Government issued photo identification card or passport

Access to smartphone, tablet or computer with audio/camera capabilities

Book Appointment

Simply book an appointment by choosing an available date and time that works best for you. To confirm your appointment, we need your full name, email address, cell phone number.  Your personal information will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Appointment Deposit

When scheduling your notary appointment, a deposit of $25 is required to secure your desired   time slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service upon completion.  The deposit can be paid when booking your service, and the appointment will be confirmed    upon receipt of the deposit.

Upload Document

Submit your documents to our secure portal prior to your appointment. Once documents are received, you will be sent an email with a link to access the online notary session. You will also be provided with your invoice for payment at this time.

For your security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within    24 hours or after your notary appointment is complete, whichever comes first.

Meet with Online Notary

About five minutes prior to your appointment time, click on a secure link sent directly to your email address provided. You’ll be prompted to complete KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication). This is a series of questions only you would know based on your information. Then you will be prompted to upload a photo of your identification and meet with your online notary.

After the notarization is complete your document will be available for instant download.

Identity Process

With a U.S. Social Security Number and credit history in the U.S., Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) verifies your identity.  Your credit is not checked.  KBA generates questions based on information in your credit history or public records.   You have two minutes to answer five questions.  If you fail the KBA twice, you cannot move forward with an online notarization for 24 hours.  Next, you must pass the ID process to verify your identity.  You upload your government issued, non-expired ID.  Your name must match on the ID/KBA process.

If you have any questions regarding the ID/KBA process, please contact us at (931) 919-6265.
